Luna Teaches

1. General Terms

Welcome to Luna Teaches. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our tuition services. By booking a session, you agree to be bound by these terms. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and any changes will be effective immediately upon posting.

2. Booking and Payments

All tuition sessions must be booked in advance via WhatsApp or Email. Payments are required in advance to confirm your booking. We accept payments through a secure, specified method. Details will be provided upon booking.

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session will be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the session cost. Rescheduling requests must also be made at least 24 hours in advance. We will do our best to accommodate rescheduling, but it is not guaranteed.

4. Intellectual Property

All materials, including but not limited to lesson plans, worksheets, and presentations, provided during the tuition sessions are the intellectual property of Luna Teaches. These materials are for the student's personal use only and may not be distributed or reproduced without prior written consent.

5. Limitation of Liability

Luna Teaches is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services. We strive to provide the best possible tuition, but we do not guarantee specific academic results.
